Here at Pickleball in the Sun, we are in the business of making people’s lives better through the betterment of pickleball. We understand that pickleball is still an up-and-coming sport, and are dedicated to helping the rest of the world gain access to courts, learn more about the sport, and ultimately get a paddle in their hands.

Our team was founded by none other than pickleball fanatic, Laura Vossberg Gainor. Laura started her passion project, Pickleball in the Sun, two years ago. After seeing an immense amount of success with her marketing company, Vossberg Gainor, she was inspired to take her own love for travel, lifestyle, and leisure into the pickleball community. Pickleball in the Sun has evolved into her experiential pickleball marketing agency that promotes the luxurious side of pickleball, while showcasing the many destination and lifestyle brands that make the sport so unique. The brand focuses on highlighting destinations around the world that pickleball players may travel to and play the sport. Pickleball in the Sun partners with a variety of brands that are simultaneously helping to grow the sport, such as paddles, eyewear, social clubs, activewear items, and more. The brand partners with a variety of pickleball lifestyle and leisure brands that are helping to define the sport as a luxurious and sophisticated game. Together, this brand is focused on defining pickleball as a destination travel-worthy game, while simultaneously sharing deluxe brands and lifestyle opportunities the sport has brought along the way.

Pickleball in the Sun is unique in that the brand provides pickleball players with everything they need to know to make pickleball a true lifestyle. The brand speaks to the power that pickleball has to help families see the world, particularly by traveling to various destinations that have dedicated pickleball facilities. By getting families or friends together to share their love for pickleball across the country, the hope is to continue to grow the sport and help players experience new destinations for play and truly make the sport a part of their own lifestyle.
Additionally, Pickleball in the Sun provides up and coming pickleball brands with opportunities to highlight their products and help newer players get in touch with the equipment they need to spice up their game each time they walk on the court. With collaborations between destinations, lifestyle and leisure brands, Pickleball in the Sun has the unique opportunity to provide well thought out travel packages for players who may want to learn more about the sport and have opportunities to play all across the country.
Through her work with USA Pickleball and Pickleball Magazine, our founder, Laura, is fortunate to have built a strong network of key players in the industry. In the coming months and years, she is excited to keep the momentum going and be able to utilize this brand to celebrate the sport.
