LOC4L LEGENDS PHOTO WAIVER.

By participating in the Pickleball in the Sun event and the LOC4L LEGENDS sponsorship promotion with C4 Energy, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

I, the undersigned participant, hereby grant Pickleball in the Sun, C4 Energy, and the LOC4L LEGENDS promotion, as well as their agents, employees, and representatives, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to take and use photographs, videos, and other media recordings of me (the "Media") in connection with my participation in this event.

I understand and agree that this Media may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, social media posts, websites, newsletters, print materials, and other public media, without any further notice or compensation to me.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use of the Media. I also release and discharge Pickleball in the Sun, C4 Energy, and the LOC4L LEGENDS promotion from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which I may have now or in the future regarding the use of my image or likeness.

I certify that I am over 18 years of age and am completing this waiver on my own behalf.
